Martin lives in Lyme Regis Dorset and The fact that Electric Lyme is set in Lyme Regis is pure chance. With variations, the same tale unfolded in a thousand other towns across the land.

Miranda Shearer (daughter of Tamasin Day-Lewis) is a student at Bristol University and is currently writing for the local Western Gazette. A journalist and author, she has written two books. Both books were written for people who "have been amazing in my life".
